By law, all businesses must comply with fire safety regulations, carry out fire risk
assessments and identify general fire precautions that need to be in place. We can help

Here at Dynamic Fire and Security, we’re experts in fire safety. We’re BAFE registered
and keep up-to-date with all relevant legislation. This includes the Fire Safety
Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
2005. We provide a wide range of fire safety services and equipment including:
– Fire Risk Assessments – to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to your
site. Note that if you don’t have an assessment in place, the Northern Ireland Fire
& Rescue Service can fine you up to £5,000 per offence. Following a fire incident,
the assessment will help provide Duty of Care proof and also defence evidence in
any Health & Safety Executive (HSE) investigation. It’s also an insurance
requirement.
– Dry Riser Testing – to keep your premises safe, secure and legally compliant. All
our tests are completed to the current British Standard Code of Practice BS
9990:2006.
– Fire Extinguishers – installed and maintained to current British Standards
– Emergency lighting and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) – including design,
installation and maintenance
– Fire safety equipment and signage
Fire risk assessments and precautions help keep people and property safe. For
